RETURN POLICY

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on sugarclothing.com for Return.

For Returns received within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.

Start your online Return by Signing in and clicking on Order History to locate the order. After locating the order you wish to return, select “Return” and follow the on-screen prompts.

Our Customer Service Team will review your request and send a Pre-Addressed Return Label via email that can be used to ship your product back to us. Make sure to check your junk and spam folders.

Pack your Return securely and in the original packaging (if possible), please place a copy of the request approval you received by email and schedule a pickup on www.usps.com, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.

We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the Return has been completed. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed and the merchandise arrives to our warehouse.

You can also use your own trackable return shipping method. You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. We are not available to accept COD returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Ordered the wrong size or color or want to modify your Original Order? It is not a problem! Before 30 days you need to start your online Exchange by Signing In and clicking on Order History to locate the order. After locating the order you wish to Exchange or modify, select “Exchange” and follow the on-screen prompts.
